Trafford Corporation was established in 1955 as a family-run mechanical contracting business and has since grown into a full-service provider of underground construction services for gas, electric and telecommunications customers. Today, our staff of more than 500 employees serves many of the largest utilities on the East Coast.
Since our inception, we have actively demonstrated a commitment to quality and safety. We maintain this commitment through field and classroom training programs adapted to the requirements of the Department of Transportation's Operator Qualification (OQ) program. With the integration of the UtilX operation and its 20 years of drill manufacturing, service and technology patents we provide one of the most highly skilled workforces in the industry.
